About this item

1. ACCESS CODE SETTINGS - Remove the battery cover and check inside the original remote. You will find a set of "ACCESS" switches (4).
2. Adjust the switches on the new remote using a pen to mirror the configuration of the old remote.
3. Ensure that the fan is equipped with a receiver and that it shares the same access code settings.
4. Install new batteries in the remote and test the functionality.
5. If you own multiple ceiling fans, ensure that the access code settings are unique for each fan.
